- I'm an energy worker. As an NLP Practitioner I work with people in helping them to change their mind energy from negative and limiting to positive and expanding, in all walks of life. Life is to be lived and experienced, whatever it holds for us, not just to be tolerated and existed alongside. Its the greatest gig ever to attend!
I currently work with many agencies including The Princes Trust and have been featured on the BBC working with an on-going project helping aggressive young people in Sussex gain their desired sense of self.
Along with a strong private client base working with anger, road rage, career & relationship change, spiritual conflict and substance abuse, I run womens groups dealing with assertiveness issues and specialise in working through the cycle of domestic violence.
